Shipping policy
At Curated Designs, we aim to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of purchase. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
All parcels are delivered by third-party courier services. While we pack each order with care to minimise damage, Curated Designs is not liable for any delays, damage, or loss that occurs during shipping. Once the parcel leaves our premises, responsibility is transferred to the courier.
That said, we are committed to providing assistance where possible. If an issue arises, we will do our best to communicate with the courier on your behalf to help seek resolution or possible compensation. However, we cannot guarantee compensation outcomes, and any final decision rests with the courier company.
