Refund policy

Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

To request a return or refund

• Contact us via Whatsapp message +65 8417 5188 with your order number and reason for the request.
• All returned items must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Products showing signs of use, damage, or wear may not be eligible for return.
• If there is any reasons, please let us know.

Approval for refunds is solely at the discretion of Curated Designs. We reserve the right to decline any refund request that does not comply with our policy.

If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
