Our products are produced in Singapore.
Exchange/Refund
My product got damaged during delivery, how do I get a refund/exchange?
Sorry to hear that. Please contact us directly with photo evidence within 3 days of success delivery. We will advise you from there.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
I do not like the color, can I exchange it?
Yes, only if it is within 14 days from purchase. Please contact us before you head down. You will need to come down to our office for the exchange.
Exchange is not applicable for made to order products (such as Lampshade, Table Lamp and Decors)
